Reminders are not arriving
Open RillPace Settings to confirm the next planned reminder, then check iOS Settings > Notifications > RillPace. Focus modes can also delay or silence notifications.
Apple Health
Apple Health is optional. You can review or change access in the Health app under your profile and Apps and Services.
Restore Pro
Open RillPace Settings, choose RillPace Pro, then Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Response time
We aim to respond within two business days. App Store billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple.
