1. Agreement and license
These Terms govern RillPace and its official support services. Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Standard End User License Agreement also apply.
Fikir Yazılım grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use RillPace on devices you own or control as permitted by Apple.
2. Health information
RillPace is a general wellness tool and not a medical device. Targets, reminders, beverage ratios, trends, and summaries are informational and are not medical advice.
People with fluid restrictions, kidney or heart conditions, pregnancy-related needs, or other medical concerns should follow qualified professional guidance.
3. Your responsibilities
- Review and correct entries before relying on summaries.
- Choose goals and reminder windows appropriate for your circumstances.
- Keep suitable device backups.
- Do not use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.
4. RillPace Pro
RillPace Pro is planned as a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Apple shows the exact local price and taxes before confirmation and handles billing, refunds, account access, and Family Sharing eligibility.
Core logging, editing, reminders, widgets, and Apple Health integration remain available without Pro.
5. Availability and liability
Notification delivery, Apple Health, widgets, Apple Watch, and App Store services depend on Apple platforms and user settings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Mandatory consumer rights are not affected. To the extent permitted by law, Fikir Yazılım is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
6. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Gaziantep Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law permits another forum.
